What Our Members Are Saying

“I was seeking for a practical guide to help me with my health issues after being diagnosed with a chronic Leukemia. My search led me to Ananta Ripa Ajmera. When I signed up for her program, I didn’t realize this program would shift my thinking, and my approach to life in a profound way. I recommend anyone wishing to take control of your physical and mental health, to give this program a try. The way Ananta structured the program, allowed the students to become “community buddies” and support each other while we’re learning, we became each others’ cheer leaders. Going through the Wellness Ambassador program was a transformational experience for me, as it has given me the tools and spirituality to not only understand myself as a physical being but also as a spiritual being. Once I was able to make the connection to my Higher Self, I learned to respect my body in a way I have never done before. This mental change made it easier for me to add Ayurveda practices to my everyday life consistently and reap the benefits. My digestion has improved, I have mental clarity and most importantly I have peace of mind.”

Suganthi Lem, Senior Construction & Public Transportation Manager

“Not only did Ananta's empowering approach to teaching strengthen me personally, but being part of her program also connected me with a beautiful family of light she created, which has become my soul tribe. Most of us are not connected by blood but we are by our souls, by our positive vibrations and our desire to seek light and the highest truth within ourselves. I feel the most content I have ever felt.”

Nachi Chopra, Business Transformation Leader and Emotional Intelligence Enthusiast

“Ananta has a pure devotional heart and is a true spiritual aspirant, genuinely living what she teaches, which is really important thing for me in choosing a teacher. It is an honor to be a part of of this program and to learn alongside a truly beautiful and wise community of people from all over. I highly recommend this program for everyone and anyone who wants to truly learn and embody the authentic teachings of Ayurveda, make loving changes in lifestyle, habits, food & nutrition and radical self care for all five senses and layers of Self.”

Inspiration for the Circle of Life

Traditionally, a seasonal diet following the rhythms of Mother Nature in Ayurveda, the ancient science of life (and sister science of Yoga) is honored by a sacred 9-night goddess festival that empowers you to ceremoniously transition from the wellness needs of one season to those of the next.

Garba dancing (a traditional form of folk dancing from India) is performed by a group of people, male and female, in a circle around the bright flame of a lamp in the center. The flame is symbolic of the sacred womb of creation, from which we all emerge and can enter anytime we wish to transform ourselves to live in greater alignment with the light of spiritual wisdom, so we may ultimately realize our divine potential. In the Circle of Life Community Program, we come together as a global family, to form a community wellness movement and celebrate the light that lives within us all. And we bow, again and again, to that light, which symbolically resides in the center of the garba dance, representing the power we all have to give birth to our true Self, which connects us with all living beings in an endless, beautiful circular dance of life.
